With each new trip to Sri Lanka it feels more like coming home.  We left October 20^th and were happy to leave stress and cold weather behind.

Michel had not seen the kindergarten yet and he was very pleased.  As we were running from one appointment to the other, we were late and some of the children had been picked up already. 

The Micro Credit Program managed by Zariya was still a big success.  For the time being there were 23 Credits given, including a second one to the luckless widow with the stolen goats. 

A good example of his authority was the visit at the house of Ruhi’s grandfather.  The grandfather almost saluted and the diffuse story about the two different sponsors became a lot clearer.

To Roy, the rule of his religion to forward 10% of his income to people in need, was not just words.  He had been involved in all kinds of charity for a long time and after the tsunami he intensified his work in that field.
