The children were picked up at lunchtime and we were chatting with their teacher, when Resla suddenly appeared.  She lives close by and we were taken aback:  the shy girl had turned into an outgoing young lady full of self-esteem! 

In perfect English she told us that she had finished O-level last summer with two A`s, three B`s and three C`s and that she will go for A- level exams next summer.  After that she would like to study accounting.  It was amazing:  one year ago she needed half an hour to warm up and talk with us without being asked questions!  She had turned 17 on February 5^th and happily received the belated birthday card from her sponsor Monika Poetschik.  We are sure that the included pocket money was very welcome.
